Monthly Membership Reminder Service
Your Monthly Reminder will be emailed to you approximately 10 days before your next billing cycle. Please allow up to 72 hours for our billing system to update your request. It is possible that, within the 72 hour update period or in the last several days, a payment has been sent to our payment processor regarding your membership. If this has occured, you will not receive a membership reminder email as the associated payment has already been initiated. All subsequent billings will receive a membership reminder via email. Please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your approved email sender list to prevent your reminder emails from going to your spam folder. If your email changes in the future, just resubmit your information and we'll update our records to reflect the change.
